If there’s been no update it doesn’t mean anything.  My area where I live has multiple restaurants that have been shut since Mid March.  A bunch of them posted yesteday that they would be reopining on the 15th.

Seriously Less than Zero is a great movie.  It was RDJ at the height of his drug abusing days so it made the movie very lifelike.  I watched it on Netflix.  Its a about as dark as you can get but its a great movie.
