Hahah yes! It was just like that! I think they liked it better than birds.

The lightening woke me up! Like a strobe light. My cats were fascinated.
I’ve been friend-ghosted. It’s terrible. Especially because we were BFFS and are still friends on facebook and she will occasionally like my posts. I have no idea what I did to deserve it.

That was always my assumption too, but not this is making me question it. MLB At Bat even sent out a notification about this, so maybe there isn’t?
That last part about the “moral obligation” to debate your liberal professors (and win! Yeah right) explains so much of my college experience.
I think you put those two alternatives very well, the “still fighting the civil war” one especially. Thanks for the talking points!
I wondered when I watched it if she picked Victor a) because they are becoming friendlier and b) because he is removed from Malcolm more than Sambene (even just physically, by not living with them).
I feel like that pretty much sums up my college experience (in and out of class).

As a former Classics student and a woman, I found a lot of material uncomfortable in very vague ways with the result that I was sort of pushed into certain areas (domestic archaeology especially) where I could approach the history with more nuance and perspective. I think it is important to…
It is definitely one of those kidding-but-also-true situations. Like, we are laughing about it so we don’t cry. Right? Or is that just me. :/
Yep. My favorite was about the evolution of whales. THEY USED TO LIVE ON LAND THAT’S SO COOL.
Paleoworld was literally my favorite show as a kid. I would beg my Dad to let me watch it and then I would tell everybody I talked to for days about what I’d learned. I miss that.
