That’s a great idea for an FOC. The Shailene Woodley stuff baffles me though. I genuinely think she’s a good actress who has had the unfortunate thing of starring in bad movies. I thought she did such a good job on Big Little Lies and the Descendants. I personally didn’t like the fault in our stars (too emotionally

Highly disagree. I think she’s a fantastic actress who has been in some terrible movies. I thought she was amazing on Big Little Lies and consistently delivered in a sea of fantastic actors.

Aziz absolutely doesn’t belong on this list. Not excusing his pushy behaviour but lumping him with the rest is not right.

I mean I can only speak for myself but I’m absolutely taking her for her word. I’m not willing to villianize anyone here because while I’m disappointed with the men on the show, they’re still flawed human beings who hopefully (and looks like Bateman has through his statement) know that they’ve made errors in judgement

When did I say that? The only person that was ignored in that interview was Jessica Walter. Her pain was taken for granted over these men so desperate to defend Tambor. Nobody said that the apology or her forgiving him is meaningless. I said that it doesn’t negate the abuse he laid upon her. If he’s looking to change

No one here is even assuming that she’s a ‘delicate flower’. In fact, quite the opposite. If a veteran, talented actress like her breaks down like this means that Tambor’s verbal abuse was brutal. That he crossed many lines with her and everyone gave him a pass for this.

But she was a victim. She literally said that she’s never experienced the kind of verbal abuse Tambor laid on her in 60(!!!) years of her working life. That speaks volumes to how he treated her. Her decision to forgive him does not negate anything her did. Listen to the audio. The pain in her voice is so palpable.

Jezebel isn’t a place you go to look for nuance. The website is incredibly extreme in its opinions and very very hypocritical. However, while the article was extreme, I agree with the judgement of Bateman. Listening to that clip, and hearing him completely ignore Jessica Walter’s point of how much Tambor’s verbal

The similarity between the flashbacks on the show and seeing these fanatics bring about Gilead and reality of the right is so jarring and so so uncomfortable.

So deserved. She kills it on Veep in every episode. She’s quite unmatched when it comes to comedic talent and her ability to balance dramatic moments and comedy. Can’t wait for Season 7!

Bummed these reviews are over, they were so great!!! Even when the show wasn’t.

They fired her. The actress found out two days before the news became public. She mentioned many times that she didn’t want to leave but they told her to. And the stupid reason behind it was that they couldn’t write for her anymore and there were no stories to tell.... which is bullshit because literally 6-7

And also you know, she left him at the altar for Jackson. She literally ran away from their wedding with another man and he goes back to her?! Also after losing his wife like what? 3 months before? Where April was actually in charge of her care (Not that it’s April’s fault in any way that she died but still). It makes

I mean she failed her boards and all her other options rejected her. What was she supposed to do? No one was giving her a job.

The thing is that the ‘worst’ couples were ones that we weren’t supposed to root for. That’s the issue with the Maggie/Jackson. I genuinely thought that this was a way to bring April and Jackson back together. I mean they should have never divorced in the first place. But I figured this was the path on them back

It’s so bad. I mean Grey’s is known for its epic romances and holy shit they are so awful.

They were fired. They didn’t choose to leave.

Uh she was fired, that’s why she had to go back to the farm. He didn’t ‘pull her back’ from anything. He offered her the job back.

Not just reuniting, they’re going to do it off-screen and have someone just ‘mention’ it. It’s such an insult to the characters who have had a very significant storyline throughout the show.

SAME. Japril is forever. Urgh. Especially since they are pushing the Maggie/Jackson relationship so hard when they have no chemistry at all. Now that I think about it, Japril were the last ‘iconic’ couple on the show. Their chemistry was on fire and they had a beautiful story. No one on the show has that anymore.
