I’d like to add the scene between Selina and Tom in the red room on Veep. So fucking good. The yelling and the sexual tension... holy god.

That scene was incredible. Along with the Tyrion and Cersei reunion in the finale. I’d put those over Friends from College and Riverdale for sure.

I didn’t even know it was a show. Considering how awful One Tree Hill was, I’m sure this was terrible too.

I love how a movie made about a woman rising to the top and sticking it to the patriarchy is seen as ‘anti-Trump’ by his idiot followers (I assume ‘The Post’ is about that, I haven’t seen or read about the movie). Basically confirming their sheer sexism. And Trump’s ofcourse.

Exactly my first thought! Why attack Meryl Streep? Why not Damon or Ben Affleck or George Clooney? Hey worked with Weinstein. They said that they didn’t know. Why aren’t they being targeted?

Right? Perks is such a good film. It’s my absolute favourite coming of age movie. I think I’ve watched that movie about 15 times and cried every time.

Perks of Being a Wallflower is an fantastic movie that didn’t get enough recognition by the academy in my opinion. I haven’t watched Lady Bird yet, but Perks remains my favourite coming of age drama.

Blade Runner 2049 was such a good movie. It sucks that it is being sidelined when it comes to awards recognition.

I can tell. Except for the Kellywise sketch, everything has been terrible. Granted I don’t watch the show as a whole, just YouTube clips but they used to be entertaining last season.

You probably didn’t even watch the Office. No one who watches that show can say that Steve Carell sucked. He was masterful on the show.

That Emmy win. His performance wasn’t even that good.

His Trump has gotten aggressively bad this season. It was decent last year. I enjoyed many skits but this year, holy god, those Trump admin skits have been so bad. Even Kate McKinnon can’t make them better, and she usually out acts the material.

I liked the first one a lot, way more than I expected too anyway. But the second one wasn’t good. And this one looks so terrible just judging by the previews. And the reviews ofcourse

What surprises me is that Alec Baldwin even gets a pass. God that guy has been a total piece of shit for years. That Emmy win this year (and all those times he beat Steve Carell) wasn’t warranted AT ALL.

True! I think S1-5 are amazing but it started declining after, although after he left it just fell off a cliff. Barring the last few eps of season 9, the show just couldn’t bring itself back up to the highs of S1-5.

Same! S2&3 are probably my most watched seasons on any TV show ever (except for Friends). Damn that was good TV. I still maintain that s2 of the Office is the best comedy season ever made. Just brilliant on all accounts.
