Atleast Fallon wasn't nominated. That's a win.

It's an incredible show. All those thinkpieces about how it's a masterpiece and the best show made are absolutely true. I'm one of the few people who LOVED season 1 but season 2 and 3 are on another level of masterclass. This show should be studied in all film schools. It's that good. They literally put a lot of shows

Nah they were still great. Although I'd like to see more of Mike and Amy in season 7.

I agree. The guilty remnant was a weak part of season 1, which I think didn't sit well with many people.

I think she is. Her performance is too good. But yeah, I'd like to see Ellie Kemper win this year!

Modern Family is so awful now. Like just terrible. The Good Place, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Superstore are far far superior shows!

I don't get the love for House of Cards. I couldn't even get through the first season.

Agreed. Although I'm one of those few people who LOVED season 1. But I do agree, Seasons 2&3 are on another level altogether. Just fantastic television. And the acting is so so good.

For shame really.

You absolutely should! It has a slow start. But Season 2 and 3 will blow your mind. Seriously. I've never been this enamoured by a show before.

I think that award is going to Nicole Kidman (my personal choice is for Carrie Coon, not because of anything she did in fargo, because she deserves a win for the leftovers and if she wins for Fargo I can pretend it is for the leftovers)

I'm truly surprised about Alexis Bledel getting a nomination!

She was masterful on the Leftovers. I haven't seen a performance in years that was so compelling, heartbreaking and beautiful. Justin Theroux was also a masterclass. Every episode of the last season of the Leftovers was mind blowing. It's an actual travesty that none of them scored nominations because without Game of

I love Milo Ventimiglia (Team Jess foreverrr) but in no way was he better than Justin Theroux! Come on!!!

Game of Thrones always aired during the same time. How is that not perfect?

Not even remotely as tragic as the Leftovers not being nominated. I mean where is the nom for all the actors? And writing? And directing? Lauren graham is good but the GG revival was awful.

That's rubbish. It aired during a perfect time. The Emmys are just a bunch of idiots to not nominate the best show with the best performances on TV. I mean This is Us? Really?

It's outrageous.

Fuck you Emmys for not nominating the Leftovers. Seriously, fuck you.

The academy would have to be really idiotic not to nominate her. She gave, without a doubt, the BEST performance this year. She needs to win. Not just get nominated.
