You should use whatever is working for you. The fact that your putting forth the effort and dedication to track your physical activity and nutrition means you’re on the right path regardless of the platform you use to do it.

What’s impressive to me about veganism is the dedication and creativity to get your macronutrients like someone that has a severe allergy.

What is the reasoning against consuming eggs as a vegan/vegetarian? I get that it’s an animal product, but if the chicken is raised humanely, I’m confused as to what the issue is? The unfertilized eggs are going to be produced no matter what happens. Not being a jerk, just genuinely curious.
