I have a lot of disdain for this whole group of people, but as someone who frequently traveled 2-3 weeks a month, consistent travel arrangement issues are beyond inconvenient. The thin blue line as a show of support for police forces pre-dates BLM and has roots in the 50s. Has it been co-opted to only mean support for Blue Lives Matter and not general support of police officers?

Ummmm...I’m going to jump way out on a limb and say that they had a police officer with the BLM flag there because multiple police officers were shot and injured by the gunman while responding to the scene.
