The numbers only show that people BELIEVE their bosses waste their time. Not that bosses do actually make things less efficient. This is likely due to your average joe not understanding what his boss does. Which is why he is not the boss himself. Logic, it’s a good thing.

Yes. You must have a license on you to operate a vehicle. So yes. It is completely legal for police to ask you to produce it in that situation.  He wasn’t stopped by police. He was driving and stopped for gas at which point he was asked to show his license.
