At a US port of entry citizens and non-citizens alike have no 4th or 5th Amendment rights. So things like laptops, smartphones, and USB flash drives are subject to search as a condition of entry to the country. A demand of passwords to devices and social media appears to be in line with existing law.

Ah, yeah. Hobby Lobby provided 16 different kinds of contraception choices for their employees. They declined to offer 4 additional types. The legal controversy was exclusively over those 4 types.

Fed. rules only require commercial vehicles carrying HazMat or passengers (e.g. school bus, Greyhound coach) to stop before a railroad track even if the crossing signals are not active.

I’m an unlimited data customer with VZW. So I’ve been following this issue for years. In the forums I participate in I see users posting screenshots of their data meters with totals of 1 or even 2TB of data. I have seen as much as 11TB in a single month from one of the gamers.

LOL the update shows the concern is nothing more than partisan worry
