The World Wildlife Fund seemed to believe it had found a solution to the climate controversy swirling around NFTs by working with the Polygon, a so-called Layer 2 blockchain that’s tied to the Ethereum network. But while Polygon claims transactions on its blockchain use very little energy, de Vries told The Verge

Also who the fuck would be paying them to be anti-nfts. Like what a dumbass comment.

Layer 2 doesn’t really reduce energy use overall, as it still funnels a lot of transactions onto Ethereum. It’s better in the way that gas is better than rolling coal - technically, but still just not using either is much much better.

Every non-union employee who has been treated well is just lucky.

Generally it sets a minimum for new employees, and set standard raises. Promotions or other raises are rarely prohibited (But generally everyone benefits from being in the union.) The most likely outcome is people with the same job / time at the company will have the lower paid people raised to the higher paid

i saw somewhere else he possibly owns up to 25% of the company since he bought in in the early 90s. So he might own / control enough voting power between him and his friends he can’t be kicked.

Yeah, we know that, he already said he was a libertarian.

I say good for the company! This is a game that you definitely don’t want ANY delays on.

God bless you for arguing with someone who is clearly a dipshit who doesn’t know anything and loves moving the goal posts.

I would recommend Twilight Imperium as the ultimate all day game.  Lots of fun trading, high stakes conflict, plays 6 people.  My first game with all new people and 6 people took 12 hours, but since then we’ve kept it under 10.  And it never feels long cause of the structure.

You might feel hollow and cold because you are playing alliance.  Does it every time.

Hubigs would like a word with you about what screams n’awlins.

I love when they say 600k americans died to end slavery, like, no, 320,000 americans did, and they killed 250,000 traitors to do it.

They also did a soft reboot in the middle that brought the show back in line with the general tone while keeping the fun elements they had created, and I think the show it became would have been more of a success.  It’s a shame they didn’t give it another season to see if it could figure out the kinks.

Could you do Pandemic’s deal with the Outbreak cards and make 5 piles of the event deck, and shuffle one card in each, then stack them up?  So you know the game will run most of the way through the deck but not know the exact timing?

This is insane.

Also I think they were forced to immediately hand over all assets, and not allowed to have an injunction while the appealed, if I remember correctly, which most people thought they would when an appeal, but it meant they basically were bankrupted by the judge.  I might be misremembering, but while a lot of people

No, she just tried to publicly shame a blue collar worker for trying to fit in lunch while working their ass off. She included a photo of the person and was trying to blast them on social media. The fact that she got the pushback is delightful and deserved.  And not only that, her book was still published after the

yeah, these guys are just doing propaganda for the army, the heroes flaming them are A+

Red Dead 1 plays a hell of a lot better than Red Dead 2, which was a clusterfuck of bad control decisions trying to mimic realism to almost no purpose.
