Palin clearly did more of it, and more blatantly, than Biden, but all politicians do it to some extent. Go back and watch the Gore vs. Bush debates ("lockbox") for the most egregious examples.

@Lizabelle: Liz, every politician debates that way. They hear a question and just talk about the underlying subject. Palin came into this debate with one job in mind: use the debate as a forum to pump up McCain and take down Obama. She's doing that relentlessly.

He's visibly frustrated and she's tirelessly, calmly just throwing bombs. I seriously can't believe this is happening.
