He's talked amazing shit about the show on social media, and swore up and down he'd never be back, even after there were pictures of him on set.

Supergirl was not a spin off. More a folded in.
I did too, but then remembered that the Germans had to get their soldiers massively drunk before they executed villages.
They also had a different set of credits for the fourth and fifth seasons didn't they?
What has become apparent the longer this comic book universe thing has gone on is that the divisions between who owns what aren't based on which comic book a given character was introduced in.
I'm always glad when people say "SJW" as a pejorative. It makes it easy to know which opinions I can ignore.
I would be mad if she didn't. Maybe there's no way to peacefully end the conflict, but I want Supergirl to always try. Better that than snapping necks.
I still think the LoSH is going to pop up in some fashion, either in the finale, or next season.

They're super strong, have big honking laser guns, and teleportation technology. Even with the weakness towards lead that's pretty tough to beat.
Really though if they go that route, it should be Kara & Lena's DNA, and lift some of the Galatea storyline from JLU
She also has no idea Clark is Superman. I kind of love that she's so perceptive about everyone else but the Kryptonians
Now *that* was a cliffhanger. I'm curious if we're going to actually see Clark and Kara throw down or if J'onn will wake up in time to unwhammy Clark somehow. Tricky since he can't read Kryptonian minds, but he'll manage.
There's no way that Phantom Zone projector doesn't play a part in that particular character's introduction.
Checks out, have you ever seen coleslaw appear in an episode of any CW show?
At least Agent Piper can continue to feed information to the DEO.
