I actually agree with her about Snape. I've really soured on that character the more that I've thought about him.

The funny things about the Playstation reference is that Rowling didn't get it right, the PSX wasn't available in England until like a year after that book took place.

Evanna Lynch just is Luna.

Yes, I'm a Harry/Ginny fan, but I could see Harry/Luna too.

Bill did in a Halloween episode.

He was villainy in Dollhouse too.

I'm not sure Lee Paxton gives two shits about Bowman Crowder. That line seemed more about keeping Mara in her place to me.

Ellen May is still among the living.

Exactly, if they had ended the show earlier, or introduced the Mother as a character earlier (which I was always kind of in favor of), we wouldn't have gotten Milioti as the Mother, and she's been a delight. So in the end it's all worked out.

This is not a show I watch repeatedly, i only own the first two season on dvd, so I did not recognize Naked Man guy at all when he showed up, and even after he went naked.

Hopefully they'll add it to future editions of How I Met Your Music.
Edit: and look at that, it's available as a single on iTunes!

It was just how he said "Room 6 is the room for you" or whatever it was, it really hammered the idea that there was something life changing right next door.

I got the sense that the front desk clerk was trying to get the Mother to meet Ted.

It never once occurred to me that the Mother would be in a similar place as Ted was emotionally when they met. But at the same time it made all the sense in the world. What a beautiful little episode.

Because it's the show runner who sets the tone for the voice of a show.

Of course Martin Freeman can play a good drunk. He was in The World's End!

In an earlier episode one of Boyd's goons was there to get Boyd's cut from Wade. It's what prompted Dewey's "No Fat chicks" rant.

I thought he was playing a supernatural Walter, but it turns out he was Walternate all along.

What? A reverse is an end around with an extra hand off.

I didn't know that it was billed as the first thirty minute episode, so my friends and I were unprepared for what was about to unfurl. It was awesome.
