I have two Gmail accounts.. one for personal and the other is work-related. I have them both come to my main account and have filtered and labeled them accordingly. Also, I have created two separate HTML signatures. You can go into settings and make it so when you reply, you automatically reply from the address

After years of just using a laptop, I treated myself to a high-powered desktop, which I love and use as my primary computer now. My laptop I continue to use when I'm not at home. Ironically, the very day I bought my desktop I received a Google Chrome CR-48 on my doorstep. I definitely have too many computers at

My vote goes to the super-simple, uber-fast Google Chrome! I've been hooked from day one and it makes all the other browsers seem downright bloated and sluggish in comparison.

Why all the praise for this new version of Firefox? They are simply playing catch-up with Chrome and adopting many of it's features. What a joke.

VOTE: Gmail / Google Voice

Windows 7 Manager

VOTE: Flashblock

I agree, that taking a hard line with friends and family is the only way to make Google Voice work the way it was meant to. Personally, it has taken me well over a year to get everyone to use my Voice number and that has only been made possible by the Google Voice App for my Android phone that basically sows my Voice

I think the best way to transfer files is to simply email them and then log into Gmail on your Android and download them from there. It works great for pictures that you want to make into wallpaper.

@brantar: Thanks so much. I'll check to see if one is available for my Android model. I can handle the extra thickness/weight for extra battery life!

Another way to get rid of furniture indentations is to place an ice cube on it. After it melts and begins to dry, the carpet quickly rises to normal.

It sounds like a cool idea on it's face, but really, who is going to watch a feature film on their Android? I guess it would be nice if you were stuck in an airport somewhere, but let's face it.. the battery would go dead long before the movie ended. The day someone makes a smartphone with a battery that lasts all

"Send & Archive" saves a step when replying to emails and I use it constantly.

I'll try anything three times, but can't imagine a circumstance in which I would give up Google Chrome as my main browser.

I've been using Google Voice since it was Grand Central and I have a HUGE archive or voicemails from friends. Its actually really cool to go back and listen to what is going on in everyones lives just three or four years back or more. I've even taken some of the funnier/jokey ones and burned the mp3's to a cd for a

@Wabbited: You're right, my three international friends who use Chrome is not evidence of anything. I did a little research and found these global numbers [goo.gl] that suggest Chrome may reach 10% by the end of this year.

@Wabbited: I have two friends in London who use it and another in Croatia. I believe it's quite ubiquitous and continues to gain market share all over the world - not bad for only being a couple of years old!

Every once and a while I have to use Firefox or Internet Explorer and each time I do, makes me appreciate Google Chrome all the more. It's simple, elegant and lightning fast. I absolutely love it!

In my Google Chrome browser, I use the "New Tab Always Last" extension, so I know automatically where a newly opened tab is located. If I need to reopen a closed tab, I use Cntrl + Shift + Tab, or I open the New Tab page that lists my recently closed tabs and access older ones that way.

Don't know if it's quite the same thing, but I lease my cars for two years at a time.
