Fair enough. I dealt with three of the four Porsche dealers in my general area. One was a referral from a friend. They seemed arrogant - “The GTS is a limited production car, but because you know Mr. X we will give you a generous discount.” My ass. Another played some game about not having any allocations and thus not

I know someone like that. They eventually give him a deal just to get rid of him.

My experience has been that the more expensive the car, the less hassle you will get - they can afford to play a “high profit, high satisfaction” game. I’ve had great experiences buying two BMWs and a Porsche CGTS, entirely unlike anything I read about with Toyotas, etc.

North Korea has nuclear weapons. South Korea only has the deterrent provided by the USA.

Ferguson MO?

I'm pretty sure he cared more about his clothes than any of his cars. I keep hearing that I'm allowed to steal his car and drink his liquor from an old fruit jar, but that I may under no circumstances step on his shoes of a particular color.

Although I agree 100% with you about the street, I’m not sure it’s true for the track. If you’re racing on the track, you do want to be right at the edge of what you and the car can accomplish together. If it’s a track day and you’re there to learn, it only makes sense to exceed your limits in that safe environment so

Ouch bag?

I was thinking the same thing.
