I guess so, but comparing it to it's competitor A Bug's Life, especially since they were both coming out at the same time, it just seems like the usual stunt casting, in this case to screw over Pixar.

simmons?
Using a shot from a movie that we've only seen via a teaser trailer seems like a cop out.
i'm so glad i'm not the only one who loves Owen. from what little of Grey's I've seen of late he's just been lurking in the background for the most part, so it's nice for him to have another story going on, despite it apparently being real "meh" at the moment
The book I read (called The Pixar Touch, which chronicles from Ed Catmull's early interest in computer animation all the way to Ratatouille. It's a wonderful book.) Talked about how Tim Allen really shaped Buzz as a character; Pixar had imagined him as this gung ho over-the-top space action hero, and then Allen came…
I'm gonna bring up Dreamworks for reason of debate, specifically early 3D Dreamworks (Antz was the crux of having nothing but stunt casting)
see, I thought it was the other way around; like I thought he was fine for Lightning (emphasis of fine), but most of the dialogue was rather meh at best.
I'm real glad it worked out the way it has; I can't think of any real time where the voice just didn't work at all for any given character in any of the Pixar films.
sounds like it's par for the course for him then
I'm planning on watching this soon (probably when the season finishes so I can binge), but I gotta ask, how's Travolta doing? I can't get past his makeup in this show, but I was wondering if he was doing a competent job.
There actually really wasn't any pressure, out of what I've read about Pixar. From my understanding, Tom Hanks was Lassetter and co's first choice for Woody regardless (even going so far as to do a rough animation of Woody doing a scene from Turner and Hooch to try and win over Hanks), and Billy Crystal was their…
wonder if this is less of how much of a tool these guys are than it is that women directors don't get the opportunity to be able to work with these folks of varying degree.
There was an extension on Chrome that came out not too long before Force Awakens that was released that blasted a warning every time you opened a page that contained words that were related to the movie, by people who had watched it pre-release. I would imagine there's some similar blacklist-type extension that lets…
Well her step-mom died, which jumpstarted her relationship with Lexie. It doesn't really count, but y'know.
I almost considered being an extra for this. Glad I didn't.
It's not a song, per se, but it should definitely be acknowledged how about how much Metal Gear Solid owes to David Bowie.
psst, don't say that anywhere in the central ohio region, you may get thrown into the olentangy or some gross river
Dobby Hedwig Potter. the list goes on.
Dude. Leave your stupid comments in your pocket. I don't wanna hear them.
Haha, what a story, William.
