I finally gave in and picked up Mirror's Edge for 360 after waiting for the PC version. Sure it won't have any mod/map support anyway which is what I was hoping for.

@Joananas: Well then buy it, it's entirely worth it!

Went into that not expecting it to be that bad and the cynicism was just over the top but... wow...

Soooo... what's happening to Hitachi then? Last I checked it took two(+) to price fix.

Of course the really cool one that's only $5 is sold out.

The Black Mesa is a lie! I saw a female character in there so this isn't an accurate remake!!!

I don't know how people haven't noticed it since in every trailer and such that was the big thing they talked about.

Yea I over payed for my DS Lite, but considering I was going to pick up a fatty between the Japanese launch and US anyway it was worth it. Now the one thing that would make this worth it additionally would be if they had unique launch colors. Love the white but still kind of wish I'd gotten one of the blues.

Amazing it doesn't lock you out considering it uses Securom.

The game has inspired me to grow an Abe Lincoln.

That George Washington figure sounds kind of cool actually. As mediocre as this is I'll probably still end up buying the special edition like I just bought the special edition of Red Alert 3. That's kind of the double edged sword of working in retail and getting a discount. Suddenly these become only like $5 more

Loved this game, reminded me of so many aspects of the Baldurs Gates. Really want to play this again when I've managed to get through all the holiday deluge. Hopefully we'll see a sequel or more RPGS from them.

That's really crappy and quite contrary to the feel good story we had earlier.

Hmm, wonder how that D- will affect the meals metacritic. Hope some poor cashier doesn't get cheated out of their bonus now or even canned thanks to the heartless bastards with their nitpicking stomachs at Kotaku!

Ah there's nothing like retail. How does Nancy Drew get to number 3 and Far Cry isn't even on there.

That was an awful pun.

I love that my library rents out games. Yea they aren't Blockbuster or anything in selection, though that's not saying much judging the last time I went in one, but a couple dozen quality games and adding new ones pretty quickly. I'm happy to pay a dollar to play some of these games for two weeks.

@Coleman811: Try bribing them with mackrel instead of cod next time. Much more effective.

Think it's been a pretty good idea to keep a steady flow of interest in the game with this and the pub games since you actually get something for in the game.
