You really gotta see World as a sort of reboot for the franchise rather than a continuation. If you compare it content wise, World is lacking. However every system is streamlined and made better and there’s as much content as there was in Monster Hunter 1 back in the PS2 days. It will catch up with crazier monsters…

It’s a completely understandable request if this is your first major year hunting monsters. For old-hat hunters this is all too common, even for fighting game fans as well.
