Did you try Cyberith Virtualizer? It has a flat base, so supposedly the movement should feel more normal.

Great. Another reason for amazon to increase their price for amazon prime. Just like when they added amazon video to prime as an “extra perk”, and the price suddenly jumped up 20 quid whether you gave a rat’s ass about amazon video or not.
