55kW charging is an issue for road trips, but for most people with charging at home it’s not really an issue 350 days of the year. It will still make an excellent commuter car with very low running costs, that is pretty comfortable.

What is the deal with grille blanking panels on dedicated EVs? I get it if the car was originally designed as an ICE vehicle, but on a dedicated EV platform? Did the designers just forget that the car they were drawing doesn’t need a grille until it was too late to go back and change it? It just makes no sense at all…

Agree completely.  I was expecting something like the BMW i3 (which I’m currently shopping for), then got to the 2nd-gen Neon and was like “WHAT?!  That thing is like an aggressive version of a very inoffensive and pleasant design”
