One could argue anyone’s a chump for buying a modern BMW, period, (with some exceptions)

You could only have been so lucky. You would have at least lost your V card by now.
The logo still looks like something you see in a Medieval Times themed restaurant gift shop.
It’s always the democrats! Because of them we don’t have the McRib all the time either!
So, reinforcing my belief that 1/2 of the humans on earth are pieces of garbage.
MTG looks like the female missing link, appropriately
The outgoing model is interesting and has distinctive proportions. This is sleek but edging dangerously close to utter anonymity. Styling should be used in quotes here.
“Yes, it looks cool”
Much prefer it over the C8.
There is a lot semi-truck traffic seeing as the Port of LA is the country’s busiest port, but I think it just comes down to lack of maintenance.
There are few spots on Hollywood Blvd where it seems like the asphalt melted and then a bus drove over it, because there are ruts that are prob 4" deep. If I’m going over 80…
Hmm....Bought my Abarth 500 new in ‘14 and still have it. I’ve had two issues: faulty TPM sensor and a burned out light in the cruise control switch on the steering wheel. Oh yeah, had to replace a headlight bulb, and the mirror flag trim pieces that were cracking from the SoCal sun. $15 each from ebay, installed in 2…
I hope they start with LA. I don’t understand how such a wealthy county has so many truly awful roads.
I hope they delay it indefinitely or Tesla’s stock drops so much due to Elon’s shenanigans that they’re bought by another manufacturer and then it’s forgotten, just so I don’t ever ever have to see that wheeled aberration on the road, or deal with the inevitable insufferable douchebags that will drive them.
No need. It will fall off at speed, eventually.
I know, right? My first cars were VWs and I was VeeDub fan for years, lusting after a Corrado VR6. Then they decided to appeal more to middle America (in their eyes) and dove deep into dullsville. The last two gens of the US-market Passat are also dull as dishwater, and the Atlas is a cynical exercise in quantity…
Yes, I am actually...to make Tesla interiors...
I was going to say ‘hah, touché !’ in response to the first phrase, which was witty and good natured, but they you had to get all shitty.
Jetta Jetta Jetta. It’s shocking that VW has outcorolla-ed the Corolla, which is now a good looking, interesting car.
Great car, no doubt, but the stock wheels still look like they were taken from an inexpensive diecast (and eew, chrome) and the wing still looks as dumb as it looked in ‘96.
You’ve driven some pretty crappy golf carts then.
I recently drove a Model Y on along trip. Deeply impressive in many ways, but the steering wheel looks and feels like it’s from golf cart or arcade driving game, and my brother’s daily driver Nissan Rogue has a more interesting and better quality interior.
