As an owner of a 3rd gen 4Runner I laugh at your mention of "heavy rust" :P

Dayummm that is a good looking front end.

What car is this?!

Would this make any difference compared to transverse? Or would it just be "cool"?

That's interesting. I didn't realize the NC Miata was using another MZR (just checked wikipedia). I had always wondered why the turbo 2.3 MZR engine of the Speed3 (my last car) never made it into the Miata. That sucker would have been fuuuuuun.

Pretty sure that doesn't work in RWD... :-/

I'm no engineering whiz, but can someone explain how a Skyactiv engine from their FWD platforms would be transplanted into a RWD Miata? Tranverse longitudinal rotary high motor mounted diesel shaft propellors or something?

Allentown is the stabbing capital of the Lehigh Valley, according to a study made up by parents to keep us from going there to skateboard in our youth. Not that south side Bethlehem is all that much better.

Once upon a time, I threw my Superman action figure down the stairs in a fit of rage. His leg separated at the knee joint and he had scuff marks on his head and remaining leg. Surgery could not repair what I had done. I was brought back to the toy store once things cooled down a bit, but alas, there was no Superman

Agreed. I mean... just look at it.

I have also noticed this epidemic.

I hate people calling every manumatic transmission a "tiptronic." It's kind of like the "Walkman" effect of the 80s/90s. Every tiptronic is an automanual, but not every automanual is a tiptronic.

Plus, when you go over a speed bump you're likely to have your hood crunch up and fly over the car while you spin out uncontrollably...

What could go wrong?

What could go wrong?

What could go wrong?

What could go wrong?

That's just great. I fly between LAX and EWR every month and EWR is now under construction as well... 45 minutes to taxi on my last flight.

Something about this reminds me of a mustang rear/quarter panel...
