I think it's a matter of balance. When there are multitudes of shows over generations featuring competent male professionals, having 10% to 25% of them acting like fools is no big deal. But when you have FEW portayals of female professionals and only recently, having them act like fools strikes a nerve.

Just because feminism hasn't FOCUSED on domestic violence against men doesn't mean it has dismissed it.

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!!! I had this game! I freakin' loved it! I fondly remember many a slumber party where we girls turned off the lights and played Green Ghost by flashlight! Wow, thanks for posting this.

Wow, sorry to hear that, Barry. Must have been terrifying.

LOL. I don't begrudge this guy getting a car. In fact, I hope he does so he stays safe because I worry that one day he won't just be "pulled aside for questioning".

I know. I have an issue with how much money is being spent on all of this. It's a terrible thing that happened, however, this is PA. Terrible things happen all the time in Philly, Harrisburg, and Allentown just to name a few places. Why are we spending so much taxpayer money and so many manhours in this particular

Well, meh, kind of. Except the suspect has a distinctly crooked nose, obviously it was broken at some point and he never had it corrected.

Fair point. I actually live in PA, about 50 minutes from where this is all going down. My neighbor renting the house next door is a State Trooper. He's been working massive OT because of this (enough so that he and his gf could finally afford the down payment on a house).

Ok except for being white, this guy doesn't look like the suspect.

Aggravated battery? Not murder? I mean, what else are you trying to accomplish when you set someone on fire?

Oswald, in this particular case I'm not sure that it does, I was thinking more along the lines of setting a precedent for a very broad interpretation of the hobby lobby ruling. What concerns me regarding people invoking religious rights in this way is that there are many beliefs in various religions, that if

Screw that. There are many religions with crazy rules against what females can and cannot do. If everyone invoked these crazy religious rules, many women would lose their constitutional rights and their jobs (depending on occupation).

Yeah, I caught that one too. He should have asked her to be his fiance. I mean, obvs commitment has been an issue between the two. So he says he will marry her, but is still speaking about their relationship in non-married terms, leading me to call bullshit. He's throwing her a carrot but, ultimately, he won't follow

OMG a Rome reference!! Spectacular!

Funny you mention this one. I found "spend more time at your apartment" to be very strange, because he starts off with "marry you". So...if they are going to be married, why would she have an apartment? Wouldn't they live together? There was another one in there, that makes it clear he has no true intention of

Eh, he's just trying to latch onto a catch phrase.

I agree. She did nothing wrong. She took her temp, notified the CDC and got their permission. She followed whatever procedures were in place at her hospital. She is a victim, not a villain.

I know, right?? I just don't get that mentality!

I don't know, but I saw some before/after photos and she looks much the same.

Women tend to get the blame for everything. Let me just remind you, in the world of comedy, it's typically men who are writing the tiny penis jokes, not women. In fact the "tiny penis" joke was already a standard before women were even hired to work as comedy writers.
