I would be interested in finding out who sent that cease and desist, because that’s odd... most big companies like the comic companies, will hire good artists rather then sue them. Generally they leave people alone unless they’re doing something to harm the brand.

Well the mutants aren’t part of the equation in the MCU anyway. In fact I’m pretty sure Marvel can’t use the word mutant in their movies. So if she does go all “House of M” it won’t be to deal with mutants, but maybe to get her family back?
