My crazy theory to say that Wells isn't Reverse Flash is that he's actually like a future Barry, or an alternate universe Barry... or something.... I dunno. I do find a lot of those types of people just haven't found the right book series. And yeah, it usually can't be something that is available in another format, either movie or TV series.
