It's Halloween so I have to read a creepy book. So I am re-reading my Night Watch books. I do really love the series, though looking at this British cover I am still rather confused about the comparisons to Harry Potter...

It's a possible idea. It is possible that he is discovered by Dany (impossible to not be with Barristan around), but since he is owned by her husband can not do anything.
Its important that Dany isn't the only Targaryen due to the dragon needing three heads.
Holy CRAP! Mind blown! He WOULD be the best Alan Scott! I now want him cast in a GL reboot about Alan Scott and Jay Garrick. Actually screw the GL reboot, just make it a JSA movie.
The thing I always liked about his villains was that they really should suck. But they're actually pretty decent. Not all certainly. And they do work well as a team.
It's what happens when you don't have confidence in your leading character and the movies you make about him. It's the worst example I've seen so far of the studio desperately trying to keep hold of the character. It's just super strange to think that Sinister Six is more of a hit to them then another Spiderman movie.
The answer to that is obviously, yes, I completely forgot about that.
Well I'm not an expert, so I can't talk about classic WW, but certainly there's precedent prior to New 52.
You know it might just be my love of Brandon Routh, but I don't get a creepy vibe from him in the show. I know objectively what he is doing is creepy...
Okay. My two WTF Laurel moment....
So am I a dick for playing as Pikachu? Cause I always feel like I am... and that might be because all my friends tell me I am when I choose him everytime....
I do actually agree with you. I don't think he's that special looking, and his acting has been okay but certainly nothing special (from what I've seen).
I wanna throw my everlasting support behind Zach and his issues with people not watching shows and then complaining about them.
I also almost wanna hate you, cause now I wanna live in the alternate world where it was JR Bourne.....
Hey. He's awesome.
Still to this day I think they're paying the price for the end of Iron Man 1. I'm happy with how it turned out of course, but I think perhaps they might wish they could go back in time and keep his identity a secret.
I might not be a huge fan of Ryan Gosling, but come on... Bonde Shia Laboef is like the worst insult ever.
I pretty much agree with you about all of this. I just am not as eager about Jake Gyllenhaal. Him, McConaughey, McGregor, Leto, Hawke and Gosling are still the worst short list I have ever seen for this role. But I guess... better then Joaquin? I dunno. I feel like I'm choosing the best of the worst in this scenario.
