I hope she finds out and loses sleep over it becoming public. I recorded my former boss secretly, unfortunately I’m in CA and my tape is illegal. My boss was an abusive POS - physically, verbally. Despite being a huge liability to the company, they would always cover for her because she made a fortune for them. And

Was this an LA-based entertainment industry job, by chance? Your story...it hits close to home.

“He’s brand new to navigating the murky politics of Hollywood and he’s still figuring it out. Give the kid a break.”

Seriously. I hate this abusive, hypocritical prick. I loved 30 ROCK, too, but this POS has skated by without suffering any pushback for his abuse. Time’s up for him, too.

Totally. This kid has neither the bank account, nor the established career (though he probably will) as any of the above. And yet.

Agreed. Though I do think Chalamet is being genuine here.

Fuck Variety and Hollywood Reporter. Either outlet could’ve written this story years ago, but they chose access over truth.

No shit. He seems to be doing just fine, in spite of people occasionally bringing up his past.

Good questions and I’d be interested to know. That’s not what this article is, though.

Lol, okay. All good!

Both Williams and Wahlberg are at WME. Different agents, but I wonder if they knew of the pay disparity. When I was a manager, if I ever suspected my client was getting fucked, I could usually find out what other actors on the cast were making - particularly so if that client was also at my company.

This should be posted on any article mentioning Wahlberg for the rest of time.

I’ve been in the industry for 12-ish years. There’s not a lack of women who bust their asses everyday. But they get pigeonholed as the assistants and coordinators.

I know nothing about Glossier, but I’m really over Jezebel’s salty attitude towards anything/everyone (except Cardi B apparently).

Yeah, this article is gross (and a mess). And the comments are worse.

Also? One of the most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met in this industry. Beautiful inside and out :)

I’m cackling. Though, to be fair, that’s a pic of Meredith Vieira.

This is a painful watch, but the comments make it worth it.

CDAN seems to think Don Henley is about to see some consequences. I hope to dog they’re right.
