I've had my steam account for 9 years. My total library is just under 600 titles. I've only played just over half of them, and finished half of those. Still that means I've completed over 140 games since starting my steam account. It comes out to around 16 games finished every year. I'm pretty happy with that rate.

Just because certain aspects of it aren't enforceable because they don't have consideration doesn't mean the whole EULA is null and void. Having you required to pay $1000 for visiting a website is not the same as being banned from a game because you used software that essentially reverse engineers their product.
