And that agent was arrested for pimping? Or something? Please?
And that agent was arrested for pimping? Or something? Please?
On a slightly related note.
The logic is bullcrap. I don’t want to pay for wars but I have to pay for them. I don’t want to give billionaires tax cuts but we’re going to pay for them too.
His father was a pilot. It’s not that surprising that Doc wanted to fly.
It seems kind of odd that more than a half century after it came on the market, we’re still calling it “the Pill”, capitalized, and everyone knows of which pill we speak.
Well, damn, I don’t want to pay for the blue pills, and I don’t want to pay for prostate or testicular cancer treatment (I mean, I’ll never get them, why should I pay?), and I’m thinking that maybe I shouldn’t have to pay for the high level of diabetes and heart disease in the southern states, because of their poor…
If that’s the take you want to take, that someone shouldn’t be a thrill-seeker (I guess?), that’s fine. All I’m saying is, maybe wait until the guy has been cold and in the ground for a while before you start throwing that shit around. Otherwise, you’re kind of a fucking ghoul.
Notre Dame made the announcement in late October 2017. There was a change to executive orders during the Trump administration on October 6 that was supposed to make it easier for certain companies to opt out of birth control coverage for health plans.
I’ve studied enough health economics to weigh in on this:
That is the logic behind some people’s opposition to single-payer healthcare. We can’t have comprehensive single-payer healthcare because it would involve tax dollars being used to pay for products and services (i.e. contraceptives and abortion, including things that aren’t abortion at all but that some people like to…
BOOM goes the dynamite. LOVE IT. I work for CHI - catholic health initiatives through a hospital. They would not cover BC. A *hospital*. It’s wrong to force their beliefs on all of the employees, not all of them are catholic. Luckily, I managed to get an IUD paid for by obamacare before Trump went into office.
Really it makes more sense to offer birth control because it reduces cost of having to pay for all of the checkups and medical care of pregnant women which isn’t at all cheap while it cost little for birth control. That and it would cost more to come up with plans that don’t include birth control.
Dang, yo. An insurance company is taking an initiative that does something good for people? Go figure!
And I never quite understood this logic. Either pay for it, or sign a form saying you’re not paying for it, except if you don’t sign the form, you’re paying for it. I can imagine if some future administration just…
So I provide counterpoints and now it was a joke comment? Your joke is tired then. You win, you trolled me. I’m raging?? How so, I was merely giving counterpoints. God forbid I try and explain my points in more than a few words and insults.
Given that this is affecting people already with the technology this perhaps isn’t the most helpful suggestion. Thanks for chipping in though.
The Weinstein story broke in the NY Times over a week before Farrow’s story came out - and that story was written by two women:
Folks,
I don’t understand why you think you know what I want/need (or anyone else your comment was aimed at).
This is good advice, I should go buy something I’d prefer not to use.
Well, he’s covered it. It’s his field. He’s made his name reporting on sexual harassment. If I were his editor, I’d have assigned it to him as well.
