I assume Piper's would be "Livin' La Vida Loca". Actually, on another show we would have had a montage in one of the early episodes of her wacky hijinks in the prison, set to that, complete with flashbacks of Alex making her take her clothes off and go dancing in the rain.

Him talking to the baby was one of the most heart-warming things I've seen in a long time. He really is a good dad. He didn't know you have to talk to babies, but once he was told, he started talking to the baby.
