Absolutely. The ultimatum assumes the worst of the partner. A good partner, on the other hand, will respect good boundaries.

I'm sure many letters that Dan gets are obvious. You can always tell when he includes one to pad the word count.

I think so too, as does Dan. I think that she is blaming her friend for the caller wanting to get away from her friends. Which could be part of it, but none of that is pushing her onto other guys' dicks if she doesn't want it.
