I've had the exact same Black and Decker circular saw for probably close to 20 years now. I think my dad bought it in maybe 1996 or somewhere around there. It still works great to this day.

I really like the new look of the contacts now. Much improved and more in line with Google's universal theme.
Lifehacker hasn't failed me yet! I can literally search for just about anything and I'll usually find it...within reason.
I'm actually happy about this, because I don't have an Am Ex card right now, and I don't have the Costco one either, just my Amazon rewards Visa. So that means I can now get Amazon rewards for shopping at Costco! Woo!
Honestly I don't think saturated fats are all that bad unless you are on a very strict diet. There are a lot of other health benefits to coconut milk as well that can't be dismissed. I don't like diary milk, so I drink coconut milk, along with everyone else in my house. I don't seem to be getting any fatter for it…
You may however need to download an OEM ISO. I've had to do that in the past to get the OEM keys to work with a fresh install. The OEM ISO will always install just fine when you type in the OEM product key, but if you use a retail disk or something like a VLK disk I've found that it doesn't always work for me.
My 2009 Legacy gets 32mpg, but is rated for 27mpg highway. I don't see the problem here.

Oh I gotcha, they are just the flexible style blades that don't have the mechanical hinges built into the ends it looks like. I've heard good things about the Icons, I might have to pick up some of those.
Thanks! I've used that brand before in the past and they have worked pretty well for me, so I'll have to check out their winter line. They don't have winter specific blades at the auto parts store or Walmart by me, but they do carry that brand at least. Might have to order some.
Thanks! Looks like they are about $40 on Amazon for the 24" pair. Not too bad. Might have to add these to the wishlist.
Where would I find these? Is the brand actually called "beam" blades or is that just the style of them?
What kind of blades do you use / what brand? I guess I've never bothered to look for some specific winter ones in the first place.
Park your car with the windshield facing south or east, so the sun in the morning will melt the ice off your windshield.
I've never seen Weatherspark before but I just checked it out and I'm really liking it. I usually just use the NWS, but this is pretty cool!
Where did you get those speaker stands? They look a bit more stable than the cheap metal pole Monorpice stands I have for my surrounds that my 1 year old keeps knocking over.
Cost: I'm hardly the best deal hunter in the world, but I am proud of how ridiculous my workspace is in relation to its cost. Never buy anything full price. I bought the speakers used for more than half off, bought the Audioengine D1 refurbished, and bought my new monitors with nothing but Amazon credit card points.…
As long as you don't get too sweaty or caught in freezing rain, you should be "ok".
I'd probably buy more merino wool if I could afford it! I agree fleece is where it's at. I wear a lot of fleece since it is cheap and reliable. I'm not a fan of cotton for outdoor wear, but I'll wear a cotton undershirt at the office usually.
I have the EMS long sleeve quarter-zip Polartec Powerdry midlayer. It's absolutely one of my favorite midlayers.
