I use AutoHotKey to map the Reddit RES hotkeys to an Xbox 360 controller. It makes my time wasting much more efficient.

I smell a Hive Five coming. Personally, I prefer BaconReader to some of the others. The interface is just more easy on the eyes. It's kind of like comparing RES to vanilla Reddit.

It would compete too well with the iPhone. People could just use skype or google talk and they have a fully-functioning phone. Apple doesn't want to compete with themselves.

You should also be able to do this with the component and HDMI cables if your 360 has both. I know I use my HDMI to output video to my TV and the component cable to output to my sound system. This requires some shaving of the connectors to get them both to fit but it works.
