try to get the ability that lets you attack in the air by holding forward and the attack button. Then you just tap X/A to hop and then hold forward and attack, and whatever you’re targeting he’ll zip over to and start doing air combos. It’s got a range of about.... 10 feet or so?

the wait mode timer is way more than a few seconds haha. it’s probably close to like 5 minutes total. I use wait mode in all fights so far, including a few bosses, and I’ve never even gone passed 20% of the bar, and I’ve left it on to go talk to my girlfriend here and there.
