I seem to recall that all of the legendaries are genderless.

I only picked Instinct because of the three Gen 1 Legendaries, Zapdos was the best. Her high speed and special stats combined with her then unique typing made her an absolute powerhouse. I plowed through most of Pokemon Stadium with that girl alone.
