You know what...Flash could beat basically anyone with the speed he’s got, and yet...Hulk’s a tough sell, you’re right.

Well, that’s not where the rubbing alcohol would be stocked, but I take your point. I suppose they’ve also sold all the soap and water that the CDC recommends you use?
120-proof and higher vodka is uncommon, and VASTLY more expensive than a bottle of isopropyl rubbing alcohol. If you’re going to mix in aloe or something to keep you from stripping your hands dry, it needs to be an even higher concentration than that. Using vodka to sanitize under anything less than battlefield…
Yeah, how convenient that the person most passionately rejecting your horseshit is the person most directly impacted by it. Weird how that happens.
Man, I love that Martyr costume.
Came here for X-2, left disappointed.
DMZ recently got a pilot order for HBO Max.
Whoops on somebody!
Eye Patch was killed by Punk. Punk was placed into suspension in the “bottle” holding his Earth. Female and Silver Age used “life projectors” to abandon their physical forms and transfer the sum total of their experiences into some sort of Coluan collective intelligence they called the “Big Brain.” I suppose sticking…
I’m unclear what you mean by “being states”. There were 5 versions of a Coluan person named Querl Dox, who uses the title of Brainiac-5. Prime, Female, Silver Agey, Punk and Eye Patch. Each was just an alternate-universe orphan doppelganger of the others.
They’re three years apart in age.
Yeah. BL getting included in the merge either derails the show’s current plot, or makes it a lot harder to swallow. But that’s comics for you!
According to scripts.com, at least, the name Flash never appeared in the movie.
Also saw the Seattle preview, and you’re 100% correct. Everything that was just jokes from the movie was good, and everything that was original was dreadful, averaging out to a bland soup of wishing I’d just stayed home and rented the original.
Gallifreyans definitely have telepathic abilities. Susan was noted to have particularly strong psychic ability. In the NuWho era, the one that leaps to mind is in The Girl in the Fireplace, but I suspect it’s come up more than that.
That’s strange. I’ve only read the two collections, none of the novels, but several parts of The Sword of Destiny explicitly state that witchers are bred and trained to lack emotion entirely, and the fact that Geralt feels any love or empathy at all is a failure of his programming. Does it move away from that in the…
It’s worth mentioning that there’s very, very little evidence that the Tinners actually exist. They’ve supposedly been sold every Christmas since 2013, and yet the extent of their internet footprint is one photo of a store employee holding a can, and one video review by “stevejacko” which if you look carefully…
The Earth # of Black Lightning has never been established. Prior to Crisis, the position of the show’s creators was that BL is it’s own thing, it’s just Freeland, don’t worry about it. While he was brought in during Crisis, no number was given. During their thematic tie-in episode, two alternative Freelands were…

I haven’t read COIE, so I didn’t know Specter played a big role, or it might have occured to me. As soon as Corrigan identified himself, I thought oh, shit, Ollie’s already wearing the suit! Super obvious in retrospect.
