Considering it's just an RFID chip in the base of the toy, you'd have to break it pretty completely for it to stop working. You could probably put it in a blender and still get it to read.

I'm 6' and was 240 at my biggest. I couldn't track it without lower seat rails, but I fit. Adjustable steering wheel would have been nice, but it was still a great place to sit. You basically feel like you're in a cockpit, with the high transmission tunnel, you're locked into place.
