PS3 needed this terribly. I started in on it one day, but when I realized I would have to COMPLETELY disassemble it, I stopped. Given it's volume I didn't think it would be hidden, but it was on the motherboard proper which was about 15 screws further than I wanted to go.

LauncherPro (despite the fact that it's dead), runs the best on my original incredible. In all my tests, it was the smoothest scrolling. I've tried all the new ones as they come out, but LP is always smoothest and I always go back to it.
