Popeyes always takes forever whether you are inside or outside.

Popeyes is absurd. Routinely there is just one car in front of me, they get up to the window, we wait like 25 minutes, then they just get a single normal-looking bag. What the hell took so long!?

There is a long running joke where people shout requests for Bryan Adams songs at Ryan Adams and it ENRAGES him.

I think he got it wrong on purpose, as Ryan Adams famously used to get pissed durng concerts when people would jokingly shout requests for Bryan Adams songs. Although in the most famous case of it, it sounds like the guy in the audience kept making the joke, kind of ruining the show.

It’s weird, his jokes and sensibility were squarely aimed at a middle aged audience but the average Mad reader was probably 10 to 12 years old. I’d imagine he had a very frustrating career.
