Late reply, but I didn't have the option to vote on untreated water. I had the option to vote on the addition of fluoride. I and my logic sleep soundly.

I live in Portland and I voted against fluoride. I didn't vote against it because I'm a conspiracy theorist or because I'm anti-science, but because it mandates choice.
