I was never a big fan, despite living in the south, but I love, love, love the girls clothes. I shop the end-of-season sale & buy a size up for my wee one. They are really durable and the colors don't fade.

If you can buy an L & XL and return one. Lilly tends to run small. I doubt this will be different, but you never know!

I have a female acquaintance named Stuart and my daughter has a more traditionally masculine-sounding name. I don't think people get as picked on for their names anymore-there are so many unique names, where would one begin? I read some where that, before the 1960's, the top 10 names annually accounted for 60% of the

We're right at 10 years and we spent $11,000, give or take a couple hundred. I remember because we paid for part, my parents paid for part, and my brother actually pitched in $1,000 or so.

I haven't smoked in 9 years and I miss my car cigarettes every damn day. Especially that first one in the car on the way home from work.😞

Our first is just like this. It wasn't until he really started playing games & watching a couple of shows that we found something he didn't want to lose. Now it's 1. warning 2. timeout 3. Everything with an on/off switch for a certain amount of time (dependent on his action). He's 8 now.

Regular biscuits? Meh. BoBerry biscuits-YES. Salty and sweet and buttery and so not healthy.

My Florida-born baby was 7lbs 11oz. #notallfloridababies

Yes!! I would sometimes mix it up with a pepperoni & feta calzone and eat the whole damn thing with a side of Pepcid AC.

When I was pregnant with baby #1, I craved feta & pepperoni on a pizza and I don't even like pepperoni. But the salty, greasy, ooey deliciousness was all I wanted some days. Either that or Mexican. That was really it for 9 months.

I had my first baby in Florida & the hospital was very strict about the baby's HIPAA as well as mine. There were no baby-viewing windows in the nursery because of the baby's HIPAA rights. Baby 2 in SC? Well, those babies are out on display for all to see.

Yes, but it's not good. Sorta waxy. The Samoas one is good. I recommend it. If you happen to live near a Publix, get the Cool Mint Cookie frozen yogurt-it has big chunks of chocolate and little chocolate-covered mint cookie balls in mint ice cream that claims to be yogurt, but I have my doubts. So, so good.

No-it's just our New Years countdown. The 8 year old knows it's not and knows that he has a few more years before he sees midnight. We don our countdown with our neighbors (kids 9, 6, 4) and it's our little tradition. The faux countdown satisfies them for now.

We are totally doing this (kids ages 8 & 4). We have a little glow ball that we will drop, toast with cider, and ship them to bed. King Julian rules tonight.

All of the Elsa things are at my house. And they all sing Let It Go. Thanks, grandmas! :/

I also have never understood the need to make those two things mutually exclusive-you can be sparkly and badass. Why does one have to eliminate the other? Yes, Elsa is a queen and glittery and pretty AND she will still freeze you dead with ice powers. My 8 year old son loves Sophia the First. My 4 year old little

My 4 year old little girl proudly says Elsa is her favorite because she can kill you dead with her ice powers.

Teachers seem to have higher accountability and greater public scrutiny than police right now. While ineffective teachers are not good for kids, everybody usually makes it through the year alive. I would love police to face the same level of accountability, data collection and sharing, public discussion, and general

Boycotts were a very powerful tool in the 1960s. Since society seem to be going backwards, boycotts would be the perfect choice for serious impact.
