I want to live in the alternate dimension that has the one movie Hobbit directed by Del Toro.

Yeah, this was quite a Let Down.

Yeah, the store I went to last year was a madhouse and not as close as I would like, which is why I skipped it this ear. It is much bigger and better than what I did go to though. I could have gone to the one just down the road from the first one but I was afraid they wouldn't have anything I wanted either and I'd

What was everybody's experience with Free Comic Book Day like? I didn't particularly like the store I went to but it did offer that "hole-in-the-wall" nostalgia of a classic comic shop. Is it just industry standard to have arbitrary limits to what you can pick up? I get that someone shouldn't be able to just grab a

All of this. The shitshow just keeps on going and it is quite sad.

There are no winners here. Only losers. With the American people being the biggest losers of all.

This new Player doesn't ever work for me. I get the ad, but then a black screen. Any suggestions commentariat?

Thank God I'm not single. I can have all the cargo shorts!

So sweet.

I have to agree. It rides the line between New Wave and Easy Listening.

Ah Spartacus. The most fun television series I've ever experienced. I love that show SOOOOOO much.

I have no problem with the Gamma dogs. My main issue is that Hulk Releases his anger into a cloud at the end. WTF?

For most of my life Joe Jackson's "Steppin' Out" would pop in and out of my head. The driving synth and piano was the ultimate earworm. The thing was, I didn't even know who sang the song or what it's name was for most of that time. 30-some years. It wasn't until I mentioned it in a Reasonable Discussions thread here

Dazzle Ships and ?

I like about half of that Coldplay album. But for my money "Shiver" is the superior song and is probably their best.

I've loved The Cure for so long that I pretty much take them for granted and don't really listen to them anymore (weird to say that) but then when I do I am blown away at how great their work is. Last night it was "Just Like Heaven" for me and I had to play it over and over because I love it so much. I will never tire

We said good night to Broadway/Giving it our best regards.

I'd buy Pogues Pogs just for the fun wordplay.

I've been locking in to some classic bands lately. OMD, REM, Bauhaus, Echo & The Bunnymen. Last night I played some Cure and thought I need to do a retrospective on them as well.

Crackle has a lot of good stuff on it. The rest of their stuff is really good too.
