I thought Maguire played the sad sap Parker pretty well. Unfortunately as you say, there weren't enough "Spider-Man is a wiseass moments." Though it could be because Maguire can't help but to be mopey, so any quips, witty rejoinders, etc. would be awful sounding and whiney.

I only watched the first 5-10 minutes and found it virtually laugh-free (except for maybe Dawson as Prof. Jones) I want Happy Endings back or Cougar Town.

I thought Cabin Fever was great! Absolutely ridiculous. Plus it had Boy Meets World's best friend.

I never watched Scrubs. The few times I saw it I felt it was too ridiculous and too Zach Braffy.

Nothing about the Insane Clown Posse reference? Magnets and Volcanoes being unexplainable? Nathan Rabin would be very upset.

The best part of this show is that nearly every character can be your favorite. They are all amazing.

My goodness! That was possibly the best Episode of Cougar Town ever!I laughed hysterically and I felt real emotion. They successfully mixed the comedy and drama. Wonderful. This has been a great season so far. I do so hope it's not a swan song.
