It’s not just Foster that Disney is screwing out of royalties. The list includes Donald Glut (Empire Strikes Back), James Kahn (Return of the Jedi) and Michael Stackpole (various Star Wars lit). Disney’s legal department’s reasoning sounds specious to say the least.

While this is nice and all, I really think they should start by paying Alan Dean Foster royalties for the Star Wars books that he’s written.

Jeez louise, this movie is just going for it! Choreographed fight scenes, gory violence, full-on lore dumps, throwing in a ton of random characters, catch phrases; I am impressed by the chutzpah. 

Fitting match. Netflix has trouble making third seasons too.
