This was way too drama-free to be a David Tracy Joint (TM).

Did anyone else expect the mobile mechanic to be David Tracy? Working his side gig

The 6 cyclists’ attorneys have a good write-up about the accident and how they’re proceeding.

Kotaku’s Twitch articles are consistently among their highest performing. If you want less of them I’d advise you to stop generating impressions for them.

She should try being a Nazi sympathizer or an anti-vaxxer. Those people never seem to get deplatformed. Probably because they’re not doing anything TRULY evil, like being a woman in a hot tub.

With a few of the gaps pointed out in the video, I’d definitely be concerned about leaking.

Buyers are eager to get them because Tesla is the “it” car right now. But when they lose their competitive advantages and status as the “it” car, they will have to engineer and build a better quality vehicle lest their market share start tanking.

Many early Model Y’s had issues with the hatch closing correctly due to mis-aligned parts.

Normal dollies couldn’t get the Tesla off the pedestal this owner keeps it on.

Yeah, they said that here in California, too, about 20 years ago

So what happens to me in the middle of the Mojave when my Rivian’s subscription that allows me to turn the wheel more than 20 degrees runs out and I have no cell service to Google Pay them? It’s probably an auto- renewable subscription you can never get out of even after you sell the Rivian so I guess it’s not a

My buddy’s Model 3 had a front Tesla “T” emblem that was not vertical.. it had about a 5 degree lean to the right. I pointed it out.. and he said he didn’t notice lol.  Cognitive dissonance.

The bodywork issues wouldn’t be the reason that I’d go with a GM or Ford EV instead of a Tesla.

Still, it’s mostly Hydrogen Fuel Cell as stated. Plus, even if it was a diesel generator, it’s still more fuel efficient and less carbon emissions than gas/diesel ICE vehicles due to the efficiency of the generators + the fact that EV drivetrains efficiently convert the battery power to actual power in the motors.

It’s about a... wait for it... car.

Doug Demuro was critical of this in his Plaid review as well, and he’s a known fan of Tesla in general and had high remarks of the car otherwise (plus it was brand new so that lady’s criticism doesn’t apply). The people who buy Teslas seem to not really care about this, and the people who do care are likely not going

IMO, them recasting an EV as a high performance driver’s car, and not a quasi golf cart penalty-box was their greatest contribution.

By all means, let's continue to do nothing then, let's bitch and whine about how EVs won't change 100% of our problems instead of recognizing that they're a step in a direction most people recognize as meaningful

Don’t worry, your Boomer heart will give out soon and you won’t have to live with the pain of change for much longer

This. I’m not a fan of many things about Tesla but they ushered in a new era.
