The Myst series, but I read them in chronological rather than published order.

I generally return to Roger Zelazny's Amber every year or two. I prefer the first five, which I read over a couple of days, but some years I "slum" with the second quintet. :)

Nochnoy dozor, or Night Watch. If you've seen the movie, you've only seen about a third of the first book, and there is so much more to it. Anton's character develops over the course of the series in such a fantastic way, it is very hard to finish one book and not immediately grab the next in the series.

Read it.

Dresden Files by Jim Butcher

I really wish the government would get out of sports by not forcing the Redskins to change their name, but also stay involved in sports by keeping gay people out.

Man, I've been posting all these other films but I forgot about the flop that truly broke my heart when you all didn't see it in the theater.

Bill Hicks in Preacher

I don't know if this counts because he's been dead a long time, but I always thought Emperor Norton's appearance in Sandman was really touching and worked well.

There we go. Thats what was missing. Thats why they look like. Someone shop a moogle in there for good measure.

Two words...Water Quidditch.

OMFG.... SOMEBODY MAKE AN IMPERIAL SPEEDER BIKE NAOW!!!!!

God, fuck that underwater level in TMNT. When I was a kid, I thought I'd scam the system by skipping all the bombs and just swimming to the last one, thinking it would end the level. IT DID NOT.

Someone told me the other day that they "think" they beat Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when they were a kid. Motherfucker don't lie to me YOU WOULD REMEMBER THAT IF IT HAD HAPPENED.

Battletoads is even more difficult on two-player. I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY FRIEND?

You should probably change your username.

Yes, they're written to be humorous — much like Discworld, only more sarcastic. But they still give us a pretty full explanation for how magic fits into our high-tech world.
