So. Different situation. I can hear my male neighbor masturbating through the wet wall of my apartment on a consistent basis. He likes to rap very loudly, both before and after the deed, creates his own lyrics about doing questionable things ('take it, take it you rapist!'), and likes to bark like a dog when he hits

I actually think that last night's South Park episode did a (questionable but) interesting critique of the discourse that turns feminist perspective into "slut-shaming. Faced with the pressure to use photoshop to create a better "self" like other girls, Wendy tries to defend their flaws by pointing them

^ I watched the Jean Reno clip. "Thank you very much~" Jeez, with Broderick eyeballin' in the backgroung, it plays like a scene from a Wes Anderson film.

It's cheaper to watch people on TV raise kids without the personal repercussions.

I've been using this contraption for about a month. The kettle does its thing in about two minutes. The glass carafe has a tidy little strainer, but I use tea bags these days and think it brews better when the bags have room to float about, so it only gets used for coffee. I get a lot of use out of the warming plate

This is the worst adaptation of M. Butterfly I've ever seen...

That would be pretty silly, I agree, but how much time and money do you save making a concentrate when you don't serve like Starbucks? Also, quality? I can make iced tea stovetop method in about an hour, and it doesn't taste oily. I dunno, maybe iced tea is just off putting to me what with how cold it is.

Best next-gen game: Neighborhood Watch

Twelve hours for ice tea? Eighteen tea bags? I'll stick to my hot cup of tea in six minutes with honey, please.

It was an early gift to myself this year~ ^U^

Stop counting shades, and start wearing them.

A female pioneer author working in the same era as F. Scott Fitzgerald and Virginia Woolfe? Yeah, Cather worked within a genre, but her most-read works predated the outpour of exceptional modern literature. I had an enthusiastic grad student once explain that My Antonia was actually an experiment with pioneer

I just started Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde. Very promising ~

Another one of my favs is L'air du Temps. I love an eye-catching bottle!!!

My all time favorite perfume is Sun Moon and Stars by Karl Lagerfield. It's like jasmine and sandalwood in the best way possible, and it lasts forever....My mother wore for her entire life, and now it is my best link back to her.

I haven't used a microwave in years and I don't regret it. My eating habits have long improved, and I don't mind if I'm paying a little more to get some daily use out of my convection oven. I'm surprised electric kettle didn't make this list. Access to hot water is extremely important when you are too poor to drink

Just remember when you fall asleep tonight, that Con Air is playing on rerun on a cable network, somewhere.
