The fact that South of the Border is on your list doesn’t say much for the status of favorite road trip stops.

Despite your recommendation, I bought my wife some flowers. The florist asked if I wanted to enclose a card. I told him, “I think she knows who they’re from.”

But if it did that, someone might fall out of bed.

It might be useful for social distancing if you were transporting someone who might have COVID to a testing site.

You forgot coal dust.

I’ve never shot up a car, or had mine shot up.  However, with every roadside sign I’ve ever seen shot up, it’s pretty obvious which side of the sign the shooter was on.  It makes me wonder why the cops bought this idiot’s story in the first place.

Or, if you’d like a shorter article, “They discharge built-up static electricity.”

What I think is odd about Amazon’s data collection is how they use your shopping to suggest you buy the same thing you just bought, or something very similar, and how they use it to suggest something useless.

Does Joe Rogan have any reasonable opinions?

If your doctor tells you not to shovel snow, then all health insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, should cover snow removal, especially if you use a participating provider.

A defendant serving as his or her own lawyer can be awfully dangerous. While questioning Ms. Daniels, he can get an answer like I saw in a murder trial where one defendant cross-examined another.

I can sympathize to a certain extent, but certainly not to the degree claimed. I got my fingers caught in the trunk lid of Buick some years ago, because I thought I had only partly closed it. When I reached to open it up again, it clamped down. It hurt, but fortunately I was able to get my fingers out.

The more hysterical the TV weather people become, the less likely we are to get significant snowfall.

Take note: Foil hats only work if they are constructed and worn shiny side out.

Not, “a written agreement,” a legally-binding contract! And lawyers—one for each of you, not one for both.

I would serve on a jury if called, and always respond to the subpoena. I’m also always excused. Last time I was called, I went to the court a week in advance, told them I had a medical test to determine if I had cancer on that day at that time, but could come later in the day. They said forget it. So, I forgot it.

If they’re going for diversity, they should surely bring back the tan ones, and have some polka-dot ones for we freckle-faced Irish and Irish-American customers as well. Perhaps if it’s not too controversial, also a few white ones?

Back when cash for clunkers came along, I had two cars. One was good. The other was a clunker. The problem I had was the good car qualified for the program, but the clunker didn’t.

Jackass! Dangerous jackass! A firearm is a tool. Tools should not be allowed to own or use one.

Thank you, Stu. I know where Baiting Hollow is. The source of my confusion (this time) is the article said the car is in West Babylon, and the dealer’s website mentions its website is in Baiting Hollow, which is about 45 miles north and east of West Babylon.
