Drank a couple of Fat Heads Hop Juju IPA's I recieved in a trade last week. They were really good and fresh (bottled 10 days ago). Cinnamon rolls always come from the center. I like mine slightly doughy. Pizza needs a little bit of maillard action to up the flavor ante though, especially when it is of the frozen variety. I'll stand by this until I die, even through the wife's continual complaints of me "burning the pizza".

Get your center pieces right out of here. Crunchy, yet chewy, slightly burnt pieces from edge were where it was at. Also, I'm pretty sure you can still buy the rectangular school pizzas from Schwan's.
