After committing to a 5 mile walk every day, combined with an hour and a half on the exercise bike, and supplementing my diet with fruits and veggies from my local farmer's market (mostly cauliflower and golden plums) I have morphed from out-of-shape to aspiring Dad Bod over the past few weeks.
